Two types (Cohort Virtual or Cohort Local)
Discussion, fact finding, writing and publishing a Cohort Paper

Every member receives Cohort Participant Guide
Includes optional Cohort Bootcamp (virtual) beforehand
Discovery Roundtable
Open to all members (Global Access, Cohort Access, Visionary Access)
Virtual meetings (75 minutes) held on a predictable schedule
Live raw dialogue with a predictable format each session
To be called on prepare your thoughts in advance (three minute mic time)
Three Minute Script: you, your idea, why it matters, what’s the work ahead
Meetings (and chat logs) recorded so as to capture suggested topics
Forum
Open and accessible to all
Two types (Forum Local or Forum Virtual) such as Forum Oregon
Panel discussions of Cohort Papers led by co-chairs of the Cohort
Panel discussions of current healthcare and medical topics
Sponsor presentations (Forum Virtual) or tabletop displays (Forum Local)
